Zolla Law serves clients and other law firms on a consulting basis based on our many years of experience in the field of family law. We can be retained by certain clients under limited scope and unbundling statutes that provide that our services will be limited, as defined and agreed upon depending on the circumstances. In a consulting capacity, we will participate in mediation and interface with opposing counsel and forensic accountants and advise the best strategy and outcome to achieve a meaningful and equitable settlement. We are frequently engaged by Estate Planning counsel regarding characterization of marital property, Transmutation Agreements, Postnuptial Agreements, and Advance Health Care Directives.
