The Law Offices of Marshall S. Zolla serves on a consulting basis for clients and to other law firms on a consulting basis based on our many years of experience in the field of family law. We can be retained by certain clients under the limited scope and unbundling statutes that provide our services will be limited, as defined and agreed upon depending on the circumstances. In a consulting capacity, we will participate in mediation and interface with opposing counsel and forensic accountants and advise the best strategy and outcome to achieve a meaningful and equitable settlement.
